UNTOUCHABLE
The premium, flash-frozen, triangle-cut sourdough sandwich built for people who refuse to compromise on food.
What Is Untouchable?
Untouchable is a premium frozen food brand targeting a $6.8B frozen snack market that has been completely ignored by innovation. The Uncrustable — a product unchanged since 1995 — dominates the space with white bread, corn syrup, and hydrogenated oils. We replace every one of those compromises.
Our first SKU (UNT-001-PBJ) is a 3 oz sourdough PB&J: organic sourdough rounds, natural peanut butter, and fruit-sweetened strawberry jam. No refined sugar. No junk. Flash-frozen to lock in freshness.
Sourdough / Brioche
Live-culture fermented bread. Lower glycemic index, better digestibility, and a flavor that signals premium without explanation.
Artisanal Nut Butters
Dry-roasted peanuts + salt only. No palm oil, no stabilizers. Real ingredient label that parents can actually read.
Zero Refined Sugar
Fruit-sweetened jam using concentrate only. The FDA label reads 10g sugar — all of it from fruit. A clean-label win.
Flash Frozen
Blast chilling locks texture and nutrition at peak. Thaws in 30–60 minutes. No preservatives needed.
Untouchable vs. The Uncrustable
Smucker's sells 1 billion Uncrustables per year. That's the size of the opportunity — and the proof that people love the format. We just do it right.

Where the Money Goes Per Sandwich
At small-batch scale, COGS is $2.97 against a $5.99 retail price. Margins improve significantly at volume.
At scale (50k+ units/month): bulk ingredient purchasing drops raw costs ~35%, pushing gross margin to 65%+.
How We Make Money — 3 Phases
We go direct-to-consumer first to prove demand, then layer in wholesale gym accounts, then subscription logistics.
Phase 1 — DTC Pre-Order Drop
Months 1–4
Launch a Shopify “First 500” pre-order at $5.99/unit or $59.99 for a 12-pack. Sell to athletes, coaches, CrossFit communities, and health-conscious parent groups. No retail complexity. Pure margin. Validate the product and build a buyer email list.
Target: $3,000–$6,000/monthPhase 2 — Gym Fridge Wholesale
Months 4–10
Place product in boutique gym fridges (CrossFit, F45, Pilates, Equinox). Sell wholesale at $3.50–$4.00/unit. Gyms mark up to $5–6. Each location moves 80–120 units/month. Target 15–25 metro locations first.
Target: $4,200–$12,000/month (15–25 locations)Phase 3 — Monthly Fuel Subscription
Months 8–14
Launch a frozen subscription box: 24-pack delivered monthly for $99.99 ($4.17/unit — perceived deal). Ship via dry ice in insulated mailers. Subscribers provide predictable revenue for production planning. Second SKU (almond butter + honey) drives upgrades.
Target: $10,000–$40,000/month at 100–400 subscribers3-Year Outlook
Subscription launches Month 9 and becomes the single biggest margin driver by Month 12. This model assumes no paid advertising — all growth is organic.
How to Explain This to Anyone
“We took the best-selling frozen snack in America and fixed everything wrong with it.”
Smucker's sells 1 billion Uncrustables per year — with white bread, corn syrup, and hydrogenated oil. They proved people love the format. We just proved people will pay more to love the ingredients too.
We're not competing with Smucker's. We're serving the customer Smucker's ignores.
